I Am Somebody UK and Crystal Palace Ladies – Ariel’s Wish Memorial Football Match. Raising awareness about youth mental health & self care. The Ariel’s Wish program is a workshop aimed for teens and young adults who have experienced trauma. The workshop will provide positive support and mindfulness strategies for young adults. Including discussion around trauma and grief, sign posting to the best services, 1:1 and group work that includes practical exercises to release stress.
